Yalla Ludo Did Not Add My Coins From Apple Store Purchase
I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with my coin purchases for the Yalla Ludo game through the Japan Apple Store. On 30th of this month, I purchased coins worth approximately 5,000 yen, and I also made another coin purchase today. Despite the payments being completed through my Apple ID, the coins have not been added to my Yalla Ludo account. This situation has been very frustrating, and I am seriously tired of dealing with it. The day before yesterday I also submitted a complaint about the same problem for this application, but nothing has improved. I have already contacted both Apple and Yalla Ludo support about this issue, but I have not received any response or solution. I request that the missing Yalla Ludo coins I paid for be added to my account as soon as possible, or that a suitable solution be provided without any further delay.
