I Paid Rs 7289 for Yalla Ludo Diamonds but Did Not Receive PIN Code
I live in Peshawar, Pakistan, and today I made a purchase of diamonds for Yalla Ludo using JazzCash, but I did not receive the required 12-digit PIN code. I paid Rs 7,289 via JazzCash for USD 25 (INT) – 13,000 diamonds from Tapshop on 14-04-2026 at 00:22:46. The Order ID is 2026041400222974622, and the TID is 709151378264. I received the confirmation message from JazzCash, but there was no PIN code provided for the diamonds, and nothing was delivered to my Yalla Ludo account. I am addressing this complaint to both JazzCash and Yalla Ludo, because the payment has clearly been processed, but I did not receive the product I paid for. I request that my payment be checked using the above Order ID and TID, and that either the 13,000 diamonds (with the correct 12-digit pin code or direct credit to my game account) be provided without further delay, or that my full amount of Rs 7,289 be refunded if the purchase cannot be completed. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as I have already been charged and have received no usable service or product in return.
