Yalla Ludo Refuses Appeal After Hacker Steals My Account

I am a player of Yalla Ludo Global, and my account was stolen and permanently banned until the year 2108. My game ID is 37315033286, and the email linked to the account is razk01028665***@gmail.com. In 2025, my account was stolen, and the thief used it to sell gems (diamonds) in one of the rooms. After that, my account was banned, and I completely lost access to it. I was unable to submit an appeal within the game because the 30-day period to file a complaint had already passed, leaving me with no opportunity to defend myself or explain that the account had been used by someone else after it was stolen.
I respectfully request that you review my account case again, investigate the theft and the misuse that occurred in the rooms, and remove the permanent ban so that my Yalla Ludo Global account can be restored to me.
