A Hacker Hacked My Yalla Ludo Account And Stole My Coins And Diamonds

For the last six years I have been an active user of Yalla Ludo, and about four years ago my room with ID 13773*** was set to programming status. On 18 March 2026, my game account was hacked. At that time the account contained around 23 million coins and diamonds worth 600K. When I managed to recover the account after about 24 hours, my balance was completely empty, even though all my links and account connections were still there. I strongly suspect that this happened due to a serious security issue related to your app and its staff. It appears that an employee may have shared or misused my account information together with the hacker, because when gifting is done from an account, the gifting records normally remain for seven days, yet my gifting history was also cleared. This makes the situation even more suspicious and concerning. After this incident, I contacted your staff member named Miss Fatima. Instead of helping, she behaved very rudely. When I requested full information about which account received gifts from my ID and who deleted my record, she refused to provide any details and told us to go away, saying she would not give any information. This response and her attitude made me feel that she is involved in or protecting this wrongdoing, especially since my programmed room was also removed. With this complaint, I request that Yalla Ludo conduct a serious and transparent investigation into who hacked my account and how my records were erased, and that strict action be taken against Miss Fatima if she is found responsible or negligent. I also clearly request that my room be restored back to programming status and that all possible steps be taken to secure my account and prevent such incidents in the future.
