Yalla Ludo Charged Me but Never Delivered My Diamonds

I made an in-game purchase in Yalla Ludo using my debit card, but the diamonds have not been credited to my account. On 31/07/2026 I paid for a package of 6,223 diamonds. The payment was successfully charged to my debit card with online purchase reference 243302 dated 31/07/2026, but despite this, the 6,223 diamonds never appeared in my Yalla Ludo account. I kindly request that the 6,223 diamonds be added to my account without any further delay, or alternatively that the full amount charged for this transaction be refunded to my debit card.
