I am a regular Yalla Ludo user and my account has been unfairly blocked due to an issue involving fake diamonds. My Yalla ID number is 27857172***. On 9/5/2026 my account suddenly went into blackout after the system detected fake diamonds. I would like to clearly state that I did not personally purchase or post any fake diamonds. At that time, my ID was with my friend, and he purchased fake diamonds, which caused my account to be blocked. I was not aware that such activity was taking place on my account and I had no intention of violating any rules or policies of the platform. I kindly request that my situation be carefully reviewed and that my Yalla Ludo account be unblocked so that I can regain access and continue using the game. I am ready to cooperate and provide any additional information needed to prove that I did not deliberately engage in any fraudulent activity.
