Yalla Ludo Account Banned Until 2107 for Unauthorized Diamond and Gold Sales

I am a regular Yalla Ludo user on an Android phone and my account with ID 32421650*** was banned about one year ago. When I try to log in, I see a message stating that my account has been restricted for “unauthorized sale of Diamonds/Gold/Accounts”, and that the ban will last until 21 September 2107. I do not agree with this situation and I believe there has been a misunderstanding about my activities on the platform. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, including my in‑game records and transaction history, so that any mistake or misinterpretation can be corrected. My expectation from Yalla Ludo is that, after reviewing my case, you lift the ban on my account, remove the restriction, and restore full access to my Yalla Ludo account as soon as possible.
