Yalla Ludo Account Banned Until 2108 for Unauthorized Diamond Sale

I am writing regarding the ban placed on my Yalla Ludo account linked to the email address bakarjutt***@gmail.com. When I tried to log in, I received a message stating that my account was banned until 2108‑11‑01 for “unauthorized sale of Diamonds/Golds/Account.” I do not accept this decision and I would like to clearly state that I am not selling diamonds, gold or accounts. The situation is based only on words and misunderstanding, not on any real selling activity. I understand that using bad or inappropriate words is not allowed, and I promise that I will not use any bad words again in the game. I kindly request that you review my account in detail, remove this ban and restore full access to my Yalla Ludo account. I want to continue using the game normally and follow all rules in the future.
