Yalla Ludo Ban Appeal After Unauthorized Access to My Account

I have been facing a serious problem with my Yalla Ludo account for about 2 years. I was playing Yalla Ludo on my Infinix phone using my Gmail account (email: jalilbutt2***@gmail.com), and my game ID is 21365874557. My account was banned because someone else accessed my ID and used fake diamonds, and as a result, my account was penalized and blocked, even though I did not do this myself. This account was used only on my Infinix device with my Gmail login, and I did not authorize anyone to use illegal or fake diamonds. I have lost access to my ID and everything linked to it because of someone else’s actions, and this is very upsetting for me. I kindly request that my Yalla Ludo account with ID 21365874557, registered with the email address jalilbutt2***@gmail.com, be fully and completely restored. I want the ban to be removed and my account to be returned to its previous state so that I can continue using it normally.
