Yahoo Mail Inactivity Causes Year-Long Lockout from Connected X Account

I have been unable to access a Yahoo email account of mine that has been inactive for approximately 3 to 4 years. Because I cannot log into this account, whenever I try to sign into my X (Twitter) account, the verification code is sent to this inactive Yahoo email, preventing me from accessing my X account.

The sole reason I have been locked out of my X account for the past year is that verification codes are being sent to this inactive Yahoo account. I request that my Yahoo account be reactivated or, if possible, that verification codes meant for my X account be forwarded to an active email address I currently use. I am fully prepared to complete all necessary security verification steps to confirm my ownership of the account.

I demand that this access issue be resolved and that my grievance be addressed.
