XM Wiped Out All the Profit I Made

I opened a new account at XM and invested $550. With the profit, my total balance is $1,699. I used my friend's phone to withdraw money because my battery was dead. Then I received an email. They said third-party use is prohibited and deleted all the profits. Now I only see $550 in my account.I want my account reviewed again. Is it that simple for a global company to do this?
