XM PhonePe Deposit Not Credited To Account
I transferred an amount of ₹9,302 from my bank account through PhonePe to my XM trading account today. The amount has been debited from my account and I also have the UTR number 233927947040 for this transaction. However, this money has still not been credited to my XM account even though the transaction has been completed from my side. I have not yet received any support or clarification because I have not contacted customer service before this complaint. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that the amount of ₹9,302 be credited to my XM trading account as soon as possible. I also ask you to inform me clearly about the reason for the delay and to give me a definite timeline for when this amount will be reflected in my XM account. If required, I am ready to provide screenshots of the PhonePe transaction, bank debit message or statement, and my XM account page showing that the amount has not been credited.
