XM Holds ₹4,000 Deposit Under “Verification” With No Update

On January 29, 2026, at 04:20:45 (UTC), I made a payment of ₹4,000 via UPI using PhonePe to fund my XM trading account with ID 331759383. The transaction was completed successfully, and the amount was debited from my Bank of India savings account. The payment was sent to the UPI ID daicy@ptyes (Paytm). The UTR number for this transaction is 511132167586, the transaction ID is T2601290935098145543537, and the payment ID is 205776530. However, the amount has still not been credited to my XM trading account.

I have already sent multiple emails attaching proof of payment, screenshots, and my bank statement to confirm that the transaction was successful, but I have not received any helpful or solution-oriented response. The only information I have been given is that the transaction is “under verification,” and this status has remained unchanged for an unreasonably long time.

I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either immediately crediting the ₹4,000 to my XM trading account (ID 331759383) or by providing a clear written explanation along with a definite timeline for resolution.
