The transaction was completed successfully, and the amount was debited from my Bank of India savings account. The payment was sent to the UPI ID daicy@ptyes (Paytm). However, the amount has still not been credited to my XM trading account.
I have already sent multiple emails attaching proof of payment, screenshots, and my bank statement to confirm that the transaction was successful, but I have not received any helpful or solution-oriented response. The only information I have been given is that the transaction is “under verification,” and this status has remained unchanged for an unreasonably long time.
