Request For Reactivation Of My XM Account

I am writing regarding the ban on my real XM MT5 trading accounts with the following numbers: 85386***, 390804***, 380782*** and 341178***. My access was blocked around May 2025 and since then I have been unable to log in and use my accounts. According to XM, the reason given was a violation of the terms and conditions. I want to state clearly that I did not act with bad intentions and I did not fully understand what I was doing at that time. I am willing to take full responsibility for my actions and I am ready to correct any mistake I made in line with your rules and procedures. XM is the broker I feel most comfortable trading with and I would like to continue as your client. I kindly request a review of my case and that my accounts be fully reactivated so that I can regain access and continue trading. I am ready to follow any instructions, provide any explanations needed, and comply strictly with all XM terms and conditions going forward. I sincerely ask you to reconsider this ban and give me one more chance to use my accounts under full compliance with your rules.
