Urgent: XM Withdrawal Request And Account Termination Issue
I have been trading with XM and recently submitted a withdrawal request from my account. Instead of processing the withdrawal, it was reversed back to my trading account, and I was asked to provide additional documents, including bank statements and identity verification materials. While I was in the process of complying, I received another email stating that my accounts were terminated due to alleged misconduct, without any clear explanation. This sudden termination occurred without prior warning, and no specific details or evidence of the alleged violation have been provided. At the same time, my withdrawal was reversed, and my remaining balance of approximately USD 1,800 is currently not accessible. I am willing to cooperate with any reasonable verification process and provide the required documents. However, I request that my withdrawal be processed without unnecessary delay. I also request a clear and detailed explanation, along with supporting evidence, regarding the alleged misconduct. I kindly ask XM to review my case and resolve this matter promptly and fairly.
