Xiaomi Refuses to Send Me a Dust Box and Insists On Unnecessary Device Service

When it comes to the delivery of replacement components, I have run into serious problems with this company. I have followed all the instructions to the letter, but my problem is still not fixed. I just wanted a dust box, but instead of taking care of that, they want me to send in all the devices for servicing, even though they're all fully functional. A lot of trouble has been added, and it seems like this method isn't necessary. In addition, neither the pricing nor the location of the replacement parts have been clarified to me. Their slow response and lack of helpful resources have left me feeling disappointed after what I had anticipated would have been an easier process.
