Xena Live Admins Ignored My Agency Request and Act Unprofessionally

I applied to open an agency on Xena Live and even have broadcasters ready to go. But despite my efforts, the admins are not doing their jobs properly. I’ve been waiting for a response since yesterday, and although I’ve sent all the necessary screenshots and information, I’m still being ignored.

When I entered the promotion room to follow up, I saw moderators laughing, joking, and chatting casually with female users instead of handling agency applications. This is completely unprofessional. If you're running a live broadcasting platform, your staff should be taking things seriously — not acting like they’re at a social club.

I’ve used many similar apps and never experienced this level of disorganization. Xena Live, you need to retrain your admins, fix your process, and respond to agency applicants like me who are here to contribute. I expect a prompt response and real change.
