Xena Failed to Prevent Abusive and Threatening Private Messages

In February 2026, while I was in a Bi Sohbet room on the Xena app, I received extremely offensive and threatening private messages from a user with the ID number 2586 2841. This person sent messages containing insults and threats such as, “What kind of dog are you, I’ll destroy you, your past and future…” and similar abusive expressions. Because I found the messages disturbing, I deleted the private conversation afterward, but the incident has left me extremely uncomfortable and disturbed.

I believe that insulting, threatening, and degrading language of this kind should never be tolerated within the Xena application. I request that the account with the ID number 2586 2841 be thoroughly investigated, that appropriate disciplinary action be taken, and, if possible, that the account be permanently banned from the platform.

I kindly request that the necessary action be taken and that I be informed about the outcome of the investigation.
