I Face Unauthorized Email Change on Xbox Account and Lose Access to My Games

On 23.06.2025, the email address linked to my Xbox account “Saika53” was changed to one ending with ".ru" without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any notification or security alert regarding this unauthorized change. As a result, I have completely lost access to my account.

This account contains purchased games worth approximately 1,500 to 2,000 ₺, and I am now unable to access them. This situation has caused me great financial and emotional distress, as my personal gaming data and digital purchases are now compromised.

I urgently request Microsoft to investigate this unauthorized email change, restore my original email access, and secure my account immediately. I also expect a full recovery of all my purchased games and account data. Please resolve this matter without delay and provide a clear explanation of how such a serious security breach was allowed to happen without notifying the account owner.
