Microsoft Account Recovery Failed for Two Years

For about two years, I have been unable to access my Microsoft account through any Microsoft service. Whenever I try to sign in to Outlook, Xbox, OneDrive, or any other Microsoft service, the system only sends a verification code to the old phone number registered on my account, and I cannot proceed in any other way.

The email address associated with my account is a************@Gmail.com**. Since I no longer have access to the phone number registered to this account, I cannot receive the verification code and therefore cannot sign in. Even though the old number is no longer in use by me, Microsoft does not provide an alternative way for me to update my security information.

I have tried to contact Microsoft about this issue, but I have not received a response through any support channel. I also sent emails but never received any reply. As a result, I have been unable to access or actively use my account for two years.

I request that Microsoft help me change the old phone number associated with my account, provide the necessary identity verification steps, and restore access to my account. I urgently need support so that my old number can be replaced and I can sign in again. If this issue is not resolved, I want Microsoft to know that I am prepared to take legal action, because all of my important information is in that account and I am currently unable to do anything with it.
