I purchased Terraria through the Xbox website, but I was busy for a few days and didn’t get the chance to try it immediately. When I finally logged into the Xbox app to play, the game was nowhere to be found.
I searched for it within the app, but it did not appear in my library. However, when I checked the Xbox website, it still shows that I own the game. The listing states that it is compatible with Windows 10 and console, and since I am using Windows 10, it should work. I even updated my system to Windows 11 just in case, but the game still does not appear or download.
Xbox, fix this immediately! I either need a working solution to download my game or a full refund. I paid to play the game, not just own a license that doesn’t work. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
