I bought Mount and Blade Bannerlord from the Microsoft Store on April 21, 2025, but I haven't been able to download it because I keep getting an error message—code 0x87e0000f—every time I try. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service for days, using every way I can think of, but I still haven’t heard back at all. It's really frustrating that a big company like Microsoft doesn't seem to have a working support system for its paying customers.
