got scammed into paying for this Twitter Verified Subscription thing that never actually happened. Even though they said they would, I couldn't get my Twitter account verified and gave them the right invoice to show I paid, they just closed all my complaints without fixing anything.seems like there's no one person you can always reach out to about this ongoing problem. I'm feeling super hopeless and abandoned because the customer service is totally ghosting me. It sucks that they won't even give a refund, which just makes this whole thing even more disappointing and discouraging. Twitter needs to step up and put an end to this misleading stuff. They gotta admit it was a con, check out the complaints that were already filed, and figure out a way to help the victims. Also, they gotta give us a refund for the hassle and take responsibility for screwing up our trust and money.
