Wyndham Rewards Redemption Has Been Broken for Months
For the past two to three months, the Ramada Resort Kazdağları Thermal & SPA has not allowed guests to make reservations using Wyndham Rewards points. Every time we try to book through the website with our earned points, the reservation cannot be completed.
When we contact the hotel, we are told to speak with Wyndham. However, reaching Wyndham's customer support in Turkey is extremely difficult, and even when we do get through, we are simply told, "We're sorry, we couldn't resolve your issue." This has happened repeatedly on different days, yet no one has been able to fix the problem.
Who is actually responsible for resolving this issue? These rewards points were earned through paid stays, and they are a benefit promised as part of the Wyndham Rewards program. If they cannot be redeemed, they should not be advertised as a loyalty benefit.
I request that this issue be investigated immediately, that the system be fixed so I can redeem my Wyndham Rewards points, and that I receive a written update explaining what action has been taken.
