Wyndham Rewards Points Never Posted to My Account

Last Wednesday, I made a reservation through Wyndham for Wyndham Antalya Side for the dates July 6–10. At the time, the system showed availability for July 1–5, so I decided to cancel my existing reservation and book those earlier dates instead. However, the 60,000 Wyndham Rewards points I earned through the promotion have still not been credited to my account.

I have been waiting for my points since June 24. The hotel keeps telling me to contact Wyndham, while Wyndham sends me back to the hotel. As a result, both parties continue referring me to each other, and my issue remains unresolved. My canceled reservation number is 81397e001023X.

I am requesting that my 60,000 Wyndham Rewards points be credited to my account without further delay. I also ask that my issue be resolved immediately and that my reservation for July 1–5 be completed as soon as possible.
