Wyndham Purchase Points Delayed After Payment
On Saturday, August 31, I purchased Wyndham Rewards points through the Wyndham Purchase Points program. The purchase was completed successfully, and my payment was processed. The program states that purchased points will be credited to the account within 72 hours.
However, it has now been nearly one week, and the points I paid for still have not been added to my Wyndham Rewards account. I have already been charged, but I have not received the points I purchased.
This is not the level of service I expected from a global hotel brand like Wyndham. I request that the purchased points be credited to my account immediately and that I receive a written explanation for the delay.
