Unfair Blue Name Penalty in World of Tanks – No Resolution from Support

January 25, 2025 10:10 PM12

I've been a World of Tanks player for nearly 10 years, and for the first time, I have been wrongfully penalized with a blue name due to friendly fire restrictions. Despite never intentionally attacking teammates, I received a punishment without any proper explanation.

I reached out to customer support, but instead of addressing my concerns, they either gave irrelevant responses or asked me to prove my innocence, which is absurd. When I requested an explanation on how intentional friendly fire is determined, I was met with dismissive answers like "just play properly."

At this point, I have lost faith in the fairness of the game’s moderation. I am writing this not only to highlight my own frustration but also to warn other players about the lack of transparency in the game's penalty system. If World of Tanks cannot treat its long-term players fairly, why should anyone trust them? I hope this post raises awareness so that others don’t experience the same unfair treatment.
