I Lost Access to My 15-Year World of Tanks Account After It Was Hacked

I’ve been a loyal World of Tanks player for over 15 years, but now my account has been hacked and completely stolen. I can no longer log in with my email (m*****@hotmail.com**), and it’s as if the address was never registered to an account. This is extremely upsetting considering the years of dedication and money I’ve invested in this game.

My phone number was previously linked to the account, but now it seems to be invalid or unrecognized. I’ve attached a screenshot showing my most recent payment, made from my home IP address, to help verify my identity and ownership of the account.

I’m urgently requesting support from the World of Tanks customer service team. Please investigate this issue and help me recover my account. I’m devastated to lose access to something I’ve spent so much time, effort, and ₺ on over the years. I expect immediate action to resolve this situation and restore my account access.
