World of Tanks Error 6020 Prevents Me From Logging In

I haven’t been able to log into my World of Tanks PC account for about 6–7 months. Ever since the new account-linking system was introduced, my account has practically disappeared. Both my email address (y*********@gmail.com) and my phone number are registered to the account, so I still have access to all my information. However, when I try to log in, I get the following error:
“Your account needs your attention. To log in, please follow the instructions on the Account Management page and try again (6020).”
I followed every step provided, but nothing worked.

My account is on the EU server and it’s very old—personally very valuable to me. I have around $2 worth of payment history on the account. I don’t suspect that it’s been hacked or accessed by anyone else; my username and password are correct, I just can’t sign in. I always logged in using my email and phone—no social media accounts were linked.

I tried multiple ways to reach customer support, but I couldn’t get through. The methods shown in YouTube videos and comments didn’t solve the issue either.

I am requesting help from the World of Tanks team so I can regain access to my account and continue playing. I kindly ask that this problem be resolved.
