Ever since the new account linking system was introduced in World of Tanks, I’ve been completely locked out of the account I’ve used since 2018. It’s been months, and I still haven’t been able to get back in. My account had my registered phone number and email address attached to it, so there’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to recover it.
However, every time I try logging in with the correct email and password, the system redirects me to other accounts. It’s as if my original account has vanished entirely. I can’t access my account settings, I can’t change the email, and I have no idea where to even start fixing this issue.
This is unacceptable, especially for a long-time, loyal player. I’m now locked out of years of progress, and support has been completely unresponsive. I need someone from Wargaming to step in and assist me urgently.
You can clearly see that the contact information belongs to me. Please restore access to my original account or provide a direct solution. I feel entirely ignored and unfairly treated. It’s incredibly disappointing.
I expect action to be taken immediately.
