Wisey keeps billing me after cancel attempt, how can I stop charges?

If Wisey keeps billing you after a cancel attempt,

Cancel from the correct platform;

• Check where you subscribed:
– Website → Account → Subscription → Cancel
– iPhone → Settings → Subscriptions
– Android → Google Play → Subscriptions

• Important:
– You must cancel from the same platform
– Deleting the app does NOT stop billing

Verify cancellation;

• Make sure:
– Status shows “Canceled” or auto-renew OFF
– You receive a confirmation email

• If not:
– Your subscription is still active

Force cancellation via support;

• Email:
[email protected]

• Write:
– “Cancel my subscription immediately and confirm no further charges.”

• Include:
– Account email + payment proof

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
