WhatsApp Stopped Working on My Vi Prepaid Number

I am using a Vi prepaid SIM and for the last four days my WhatsApp has been completely blocked on this number. The application does not work at all and I am unable to use WhatsApp through my Vi prepaid connection. I contacted Vi customer care about this problem but I have not received any proper response or solution from their side. I request that my WhatsApp service on this Vi prepaid number be immediately restored and kept working continuously without such interruptions.
