Review My WhatsApp Number

I have been using my WhatsApp account registered to the number +265993255*** on an Android phone for a long time for both personal and business communication. Around three weeks ago, the number suddenly stopped sending and receiving messages, and I understood that my account had been banned. After this happened, I contacted WhatsApp support and was informed that I should wait 24 hours. However, even after waiting as instructed, nothing has changed and my number is still not working on WhatsApp. This situation is negatively affecting my personal communication and, more importantly, my business activities, as many of my contacts rely on this number to reach me. I kindly request that my WhatsApp account be reviewed and fully reactivated as soon as possible, or that I be informed clearly if there is a specific reason preventing reactivation.
