WhatsApp Last Seen Privacy Settings Not Updating for Over a Month

I’ve been experiencing an issue with WhatsApp privacy settings. When I try to change my "Last seen & online" settings to "My contacts except...", I get the error message: "WhatsApp could not change privacy settings. Please try again later." This problem has been ongoing for more than a month. I’ve tried restarting the app, reinstalling it, and even updating my phone's software, but nothing has worked. It seems like the problem is on their end, not mine. I have contacted WhatsApp Support via email multiple times, but I haven’t received any response or solution yet.
