WhatsApp Banned My Permanent Number Without Explanation or Response

I have been using WhatsApp Messenger on my Android phone with my permanent number 9109191*** and my account was banned about 20 days ago. I did not receive any clear information about the reason for this ban and I rely on this number as my main contact. I have tried to reach WhatsApp support regarding this issue but so far I have not received any response. I am unable to use my account and this has been causing serious disruption in my communication.
