Samsung Galaxy A15 WhatsApp Account Repeatedly Banned Without Reason

I am using a Samsung Galaxy A15 with the official WhatsApp application downloaded directly from the Google Play Store, and I have been repeatedly and unfairly banned from WhatsApp. This problem started about a week ago and since then my account has been banned around five times, each time without any clear reason or explanation. I am an ordinary user and I am not using any modified, unofficial, or third‑party WhatsApp applications or add‑ons on my phone. Despite using the original app and following normal usage, my access keeps getting blocked, which causes serious inconvenience and makes me feel that my account is being treated as if I violated rules that I have not been informed about. I have not received any clear justification for these repeated bans and I have not been shown any specific policy that I allegedly violated. I am directing this complaint both to WhatsApp and to Samsung. From WhatsApp, I demand financial compensation for the unjustified repeated bans and for the distress and inconvenience they have caused, and I am explicitly stating that if this situation is not resolved and compensation is not provided, I am prepared to take legal action against WhatsApp. I also request that WhatsApp conduct a thorough investigation into my account and provide a clear written explanation of why these bans occurred and what will be done to ensure this does not continue. From Samsung, I request that they check whether there is any software, compatibility, or device‑related issue on the Galaxy A15 that could be causing WhatsApp to flag or ban my account repeatedly, and that they cooperate with WhatsApp if needed to resolve this problem permanently. I expect both companies to take this complaint seriously and to contact me with a concrete and satisfactory solution as soon as possible.
