“Due to spam, this account can no longer use WhatsApp. My complaint is about my phone number 5054387544.”

Every time I attempt to log into WhatsApp, I am met with a rather unwelcome message stating that my account has been restricted from using the app due to spamming activities. I can't seem to access WhatsApp and I have no idea why. I don't use the app on a daily basis. I need immediate help with this problem. I need assistance.
