WePlay Wrongfully Blocked My Account – Request Account Restoration
I am writing to report that my WePlay account linked to the email address cristi****[email protected] was suddenly blocked on 10 July 2026, with a message saying that my account was suspected of violating the rules. I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation, and I am not aware of having done anything that infringes the platform’s terms or rules. The closure of my account was completely unexpected and I consider it unfair, as I have always tried to use the application correctly and in good faith. The only information I see is the blocking notice in the app, without any concrete detail about what supposedly happened or which rule was allegedly violated. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed in detail, that I be clearly informed of the reason for this block, and that my WePlay account associated with the email address cristi*****@gmail.com be restored if there is no solid and demonstrable evidence of a real violation. I would like to continue using the service normally and I ask for a prompt and clear response from customer service regarding this matter.
