WePlay Banned My Account Instead Of The User Who Harassed Me
Today, while using the chat room on the WePlay platform with my account numbered 24114***, I was subjected to extremely disturbing and sexually explicit insults by another user. This person wrote messages directed at me such as “I will l** you, f** you, and p** it in you,” which not only caused me significant psychological distress but also made me feel unsafe on the platform. Immediately after this incident, I reported the situation through WePlay’s complaint/report feature. However, I received neither support nor any response, and shortly afterward I discovered that my account had been unfairly given a temporary ban. While the person who sent the sexually explicit messages remains active on the platform, I, the victim, was punished, which I find extremely unfair. I urgently request that my WePlay account numbered be reviewed, that this unjust ban be removed, and that the chat records be thoroughly examined so that the user who sent me these sexually explicit and harassing messages is permanently banned from the platform. I also request that all necessary actions be taken without delay so that I can continue using WePlay safely and avoid experiencing a similar situation again.
