WePlay Permanently Banned My Account Without Giving Any Valid Reason

I have been using the Weplay game & party application from India and my account was permanently banned around 3 to 4 months ago without any valid reason being given. I had been using the app normally, and suddenly found that I could no longer access my account, with a permanent ban message appearing. My Weplay ID is 95666643. After noticing the ban, I contacted Weplay support by email and provided my details, but my account has still not been reactivated and I have not received a clear explanation as to why this action was taken. My reference number for this issue is 8948112773. If I have unknowingly made any mistake or violated any rule, I sincerely apologise and I assure you that such a thing will not happen in the future. I am ready to strictly follow all the rules and regulations of the platform. I kindly request that my Weplay account be reviewed again and that the permanent ban be lifted so that my account can be reactivated. I also request that you inform me clearly and in writing when my Weplay account will be unbanned or what exact steps I need to follow to have it restored. Please activate my Weplay account as soon as possible, as I would like to continue using your services without further interruption.
