WePlay Permanent Ban For False Reports, I Ask An Account Review

I have been playing Weplay on iOS for about three years and my account was permanently banned last night at around 11:30 with the reason stated as “endangerment to minors.” I was shocked to see this message, as I have never engaged in any behaviour that would endanger or target minors, and I believe this situation was triggered by false reports from other players. At the time of the incident I was in a room the whole time and I was muted, so I was not communicating with anyone in a way that could violate the community guidelines. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned and I only learned about it through the on‑screen ban notice stating that I had violated the community rules. I have already submitted an appeal through your system and explained that the ban is based on false reporting and does not reflect my actual behaviour in the game. After this, the system informed me that I cannot submit any more appeals, so I currently have no other way in the app to defend myself or ask for a manual review. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account over the past three years and I care about this game and its community. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, including the chat logs, room history and any relevant data from the time of the alleged violation, and that my account be unbanned if no real violation is found. I am ready to cooperate and provide any additional information you may need, but I respectfully ask that this permanent ban for “endangerment to minors” be reconsidered and lifted, as I believe it was applied in error and I cannot submit any further appeals through the automated system.
