Unban From Weplay

I was permanently banned from the WePlay app on my Motorola Android device about a year ago with the reason shown as “endangering minors.” I am myself a minor and I have never done anything on the app other than talking with my friends and singing in the live rooms. I have never shared inappropriate content, harassed anyone or done anything that could be considered dangerous to minors, so this ban feels completely unjust and very upsetting. After the ban, I contacted WePlay’s support and sent a complaint, but I did not receive any response at all. Being ignored for such a serious accusation has made the situation even more frustrating, especially because I cannot understand what I supposedly did wrong. I kindly request that my WePlay account and my device be unbanned and that my case be reviewed fairly. I want the restriction on my Motorola Android device to be removed so that I can use the application again to chat with my friends and sing as I did before.
