I am writing to complain about the blocking of my device by WePlay Philippines due to an alleged pornography violation. Around one week ago, I received the following notification:
“【2012】 Your account is suspected of violating our Community Guidelines, and the reason is: Pornographic, Device has been blocked. We ask that you follow the guidelines to help us keep our community safe and respectful. 【2P633063】”
After receiving this notice, my device was blocked, and since then I have no longer been able to use the platform normally. This situation has caused serious inconvenience and frustration because I believe my device was wrongly associated with pornographic content.
Immediately after receiving the violation notice, I appealed the decision through customer service and also contacted WePlay through their official Facebook page. Despite my efforts to explain the situation and request a review, customer service rejected my appeal and maintained the decision to keep my device blocked.
I strongly believe this action is unfair and inaccurate, and I feel that I have been penalized without a fair or transparent review process. At no point was I provided with any detailed explanation or evidence showing what specific activity led to this serious accusation.
I respectfully request that my device be restored to normal use and that the block connected to this alleged pornography violation be completely removed. I also request a clear explanation regarding the exact reason and evidence behind this decision so I can properly understand and address the issue.
