WePlay Banned My Device for “Harassment” and Won’t Restore Access

I am a WePlay user on an Android device (Vivo Y91c), and I access the app from Lampung, Indonesia. Since around September, my device has been banned from WePlay, and I still cannot use the application. Every time I try to play, a notification appears stating that my device is banned, so I can no longer access WePlay from this phone. My WePlay ID on this device is “Dirrpiwpiw,” and I log in using my Facebook account. I previously submitted a report and requested help from WePlay about this same issue, but I have not received any result or resolution. Based on the information I was given, my device was banned for allegedly violating community rules related to “harassment.” I believe this sanction is unfair and I do not agree with it, because I do not believe I committed harassment as claimed. Through this complaint, I respectfully request that the ban on my device be reviewed in detail and that my device be unbanned so I can use WePlay again as before. I also request a clear and detailed explanation of the specific reason and evidence behind this “harassment” accusation so the process is transparent and I am not harmed by a decision I consider unfair.
