WePlay Account Got Suspended For No Reason
My Weplay account was suspended three days ago and I was informed that I would be able to get it back today. However, when I try to log in from the mobile app in the United States, I cannot regain access to my account. The system asks me to verify my account via a code sent to my phone number, but when I enter my number it says that this number is connected to a different account. This is my personal phone number and it has always been connected to my own Weplay account, so I do not understand why it is suddenly being recognized as belonging to another account. I have tried to reach Weplay customer support about this suspension and the phone-number issue, but I have not received any response. I am currently completely locked out of my account because of this situation. I request that my Weplay account be reactivated as quickly as possible and that the phone-number association issue be corrected so that my number is linked back to my own account and I can log in again without errors.
