WePlay Account Blocked on Android

I am a WePlay user and today in the morning my account was suddenly blocked when I tried to log in from my Android phone. I do not know clearly what violation I may have committed, and if there was any mistake from my side I sincerely apologize. Due to this block I cannot access my account at all. I respectfully request WePlay to review my account as soon as possible, explain clearly what caused the block, and if possible remove the block so I can use my account again.
