WePlay Account Banned for Community Guidelines Violation After Defending User

I have been using the WePlay platform with the username “chirkut”. Recently, my account was banned even though I was not the person insulting anyone. A few girls were abusing another girl in the chat. I only told them not to use bad language, but then they started abusing me as well and dragged my sister into it. After this situation, my account was banned for “community guideline violation”, which I find completely unfair. I did not insult or harass anyone and only tried to stop the abuse. The users who were actually using bad language are still active, while my account has been blocked. I believe this is a misunderstanding or a wrong report against me. I kindly request that my account be checked again, the chat records of that moment be reviewed, and my account be unbanned as soon as possible so that I can continue using the application.
