WePlay Account Permanently Banned Due to Fake Reports

My WePlay account with ID 38300959 and the name “Shiv” has been permanently banned after a completely unfair situation. Another player abused my sister with bad language, so I only kicked that person. After this, they apparently sent fake reports against my account, and since the day before yesterday afternoon, my account has been banned. I contacted WePlay support and received a response, but instead of properly listening to my explanation, they only kept asking for details such as my state, phone number, Gmail, last nickname, and three friends’ names. Even after providing information, my main issue about the fake reports and unfair ban was not really considered. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that this incident be properly investigated, including the fake reports and the behaviour of the person who abused my sister. I did not use hacks or violate rules; I only kicked someone who was abusing, and I would like my account to be restored and appropriate action taken against the real abuser.
