WePlay 3K Gold Not Credited After Successful UPI Payment
On 5 July 2026 at around 2:41, I purchased a 3K gold package priced at 449 via the WePlay recharge system. The amount of 449 was successfully deducted from my account, and I have a transaction reference number of 003193627126 for this payment made via UPI. However, despite the payment being completed, the 3K gold was not credited to my WePlay account. This situation is causing me problems because when we pay, we expect the coins to be credited instantly so that we can complete our top-ups without interruption. A delay or failure in delivery after payment is both disappointing and inconvenient. I request that the missing 3K gold from this transaction be credited to my account as soon as possible. If, for any reason, this cannot be done, I expect a prompt solution in line with this issue so that I am not left at a loss after paying for a service I did not receive.
