Unjustified Account Ban On WePlay
My WePlay account was suddenly and permanently banned without any prior warning on the afternoon of July 5. I use WePlay on an iPhone, and my account details are as follows: WePlay ID: ss0***, nickname: 𝕮𝕸 小宇 ੭, account region: Taiwan (Traditional Chinese region). I have not been given a clear explanation and I genuinely do not know what behavior allegedly violated the rules to justify a permanent ban. I have been a loyal and dedicated player since shortly after WePlay was first released and have played continuously up to now. This account carries years of memories, effort, long‑term playtime, and significant financial investment, including monthly in‑game purchases, and it is very important to me. I am aware of the community guidelines and I cherish the platform, especially because many of us in Taiwan enjoy playing your mini‑games together. For this reason, the sudden permanent ban feels extremely unfair and disproportionate. After the ban, I contacted WePlay customer service through the in‑app support and your official channels, but the responses I received were generic and scripted, and did not address my questions about the specific reason for the ban or whether it could be reviewed. I still have not received a clear, personalized explanation. I respectfully request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that the exact reason for the ban be clearly explained, and that the permanent ban be changed to a temporary restriction or a formal warning instead. I am willing to strictly comply with all speech and community regulation s from now on and to actively help maintain a positive and friendly gaming environment. I kindly ask you to reconsider this decision and restore access to my account.
